Doug and a 42 pound 50 inch bull red.Fish the pristine flats of the world famous Mosquito Lagoon for redfish, trout and black drum.  Sight casting in Mosquito Lagoon is one of the most challenging and exciting angling adventures in saltwater!

We offer morning or afternoon charters.  Five to six hours on the water.  Start and finish times vary according to sunrise, sunset, time changes and weather conditions.

While you're on the water Fish'N Tripp light tackle charters will provide:

  • All Bait
  • Tackle
  • Licenses
  • Iced Cooler with Water
  • Expert Advice, Instruction or Comic Relief (As Needed)

We typically practice and prefer catch and release, but if you would like to take a limit of legal size fish home for dinner Captain Scott will clean your fish and provide a zip lock bag for your fillets.

Suggested items to bring include:

  • A waterproof bag for all your personal items.
  • A wide brimmed hat
  • Polarized sunglasses (essential for sight casting)
  • Sunscreen
  • Warm clothes
  • Rain gear (if rain is predicted)
  • Non-skid boat shoes
  • Disposable camera
  • Snacks, sandwiches or beverages to be placed in the onboard cooler.
  • A sense of adventure and willingness to have fun!

The rates for an inshore trip are $350 for one angler and $50 for each additional angler.
